- Appearance: Males display intense red/orange, appearing sometimes very pink- with snake-like patterns on the tail. A metallic sheen on a blonde body. Females are larger and plainer with a strong golden hue.
- Size: Small compared to typical fancy guppies, often mistaken for Endlers.
- Temperament: Active and peaceful, suitable for community tanks with small, non-aggressive tankmates.
- Water Parameters: Hardy and adaptable, thriving in temperatures between 64° - 84° F (18° - 29° C)
- Diet: Omnivorous; they readily accept high-quality flakes, algae-based foods, and live/frozen foods like brine shrimp or bloodworms.
- Breeding: Prolific breeders; they are livebearers that thrive in planted aquariums.
