For Standard Shipping on Dry Good please allow 2-5 days from date for shipping confirmation.
Express and Overnight shipping on Plants and Livestock will be sent via UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when items are ready to ship.
Express Shipping on Plants is 2 days.
* Winter Shipping Rates include insulated packaging and heat pack(s) to ensure your live products have a safe journey.
We do not cover DOA on Express Shipment of plants during the winter. Although we provide insulated packaging and heat packs we strongly recommend you select Overnight shipping during the winter.
During extreme cold or hot weather we reserve the right to hold live shipment until we deem weather is safe for shipping.
Additional shipping charges may occur for remote locations or oversized orders. We will contact you to discuss options before proceeding with your order.
We ship live animals on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Orders orders received Sunday night by 11:59 pm will ship that week, but reserve the right to delay shipping to weather or unexpected circumstances. You will be informed of any delays.
When selecting your shipping method, you must ensure you choose the correct method based on items ordered. If you accidentally choose the wrong method we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges accordingly.

Fishiotherapy Shipping Policy
- Livestock is shipped in the mail on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Orders with livestock made on Monday may not be processed and shipped until the following delivery week, though we will try our best to get them out next day, it is not always possible.
- Dry goods are shipped Monday-Friday with up to 72 hour processing time.
- In order to ensure quality livestock and lessen stress we have chosen to only ship our livestock using NEXT DAY, EXPRESS SHIPPING or OUR LOCAL COURIER OPTION. You will be prompted to choose one of these options upon check out.
- Estimated shipping times are ESTIMATES. Depending on your unique location estimates may be changed at the time of booking.
- Fishiotherapy reserves the rights to change rates according to your unique location. We will notify you via email or text if any changes are required.
