Shipping policy

Fishiotherapy Shipping Policy 

1. Livestock is shipped in the mail on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Orders with livestock made on Monday may not be processed and shipped until the following delivery week, though we will try our best to get them out next day, it is not always possible.  
2. Dry goods are shipped Monday-Friday with up to 72 hour processing time. 
3. In order to ensure quality livestock and lessen stress we have chosen to only ship our livestock using NEXT DAY, EXPRESS SHIPPING or OUR LOCAL COURIER OPTION. You will be prompted to choose one of these options upon check out.  
4. Estimated shipping times are ESTIMATES. Depending on your unique location estimates may be changed at the time of booking.
5. Fishiotherapy reserves the rights to change rates according to your unique location. We will notify you via email or text if any changes are required.
