Multis - Neolamprologus Multifasciatus

Multis are some of the most interesting and peaceful nano cichlids from Africa. Their shell dwelling and social behaviours are captivating. Because of their small size it’s not a very suitable companion for larger Tanganyikans / cichlids.

• Ideal Temperature - 73° - 81° F (23° - 27° C)
• pH - 7.5 - 9
• KH - 8 - 25 dGH
• Tank Size - minimum 10 gallons for an adult pair; 15-20 gallons (low/long tank with plenty of bottom area, height is rarely used) for a colony, larger is always best. Be sure to provide ample shells.
• This species is mainly carnivore, and is not a picky eater. A high quality diet is appreciated by this fish and they will be in best health with a diet that has lots of variety.
